Evening Opening Reception

Join us as we kick off the conference with our Evening Opening Reception at the beautiful History Museum on the Square, 154 Park Central Square, Springfield, MO 65806.
The museum’s galleries offer a memorable look into the rich story of the Queen City of the Ozarks, including the Native Crossroads at the Spring and Voices of History exhibits. While perusing the exhibits and enjoying delicious appetizers, connect with other attendees by participating in a fun networking activity. Afterward, you’ll find plenty of great spots for dinner as you head out to experience downtown Springfield.
Your ticket includes appetizers and one complimentary drink to enjoy while you explore the museum.

ShowMe Bash
Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
The ShowMe Bash will be held at Springfield Brewing Company, 305 S. Market Avenue, Springfield, MO 65806. This historic building was constructed in 1910. Over the decades, the building has served several purposes, including housing the Greene County Farmers Sales Association, before being purchased in 1997 by the Paul Mueller Company who transformed it into the Springfield Brewing Company we know today.
Start the evening in the Springfield Brewing Company’s Springfield BrewCo Taproom, with conversations over a meal with a variety of pub food, then enjoy the unique venue full of games and activities, including pool and darts. With plenty of space to network and discuss what you learned during your sessions, this Bash offers the time and space to enjoy everything Missouri’s Premier Downtown Revitalization Conference has to offer — good information, good people, good food, and good activities.
After the Bash, venture into historic downtown Springfield to shop or enjoy the city.
Your event registration includes a variety of pub food and drink tickets. A cash bar will also be available.

Join us for our Evening of Excellence Legacy Awards Ceremony & Dinner at Veridian Events, 309 South Avenue, Springfield, MO 65806, as we celebrate 20 years of impact—helping Missouri communities strengthen their historic downtowns, grow local economies, and create places where people want to live, work, and belong.
This fun evening will shine a spotlight on the people, projects, and initiatives that exemplify the remarkable accomplishments of local Main Street programs across the state. We will honor these achievements with our 20th Anniversary Legacy Awards, recognizing the dedication and vision that have shaped Missouri’s historic commercial districts.

“Deal or No Deal” Style Activity
You won’t want to miss our “Deal or No Deal” style activity, where 12 lucky attendees will pick cases full of magnificent prizes that will enhance the success of their Main Street District. During the conference, you can purchase vouchers from MMSC staff and board members. Every voucher purchased will be one opportunity to win a game ticket at the Evening of Excellence Legacy Awards Ceremony and Dinner.
Price: 1 Voucher for $10 or 6 Vouchers for $50
Voucher holders will participate in drawing game tickets during the Evening of Excellence Legacy Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Friday, July 31st. The 12 guests who open a game ticket will participate in this activity.
1920’s Dress Awards:
Embrace the 1920’s aesthetic with us and get ‘all dolled up.’ Fellas and Dolls will receive awards for their attire in the following categories:
- Best Overall Dressed, Best Headwear, Best Accessories, and Best Hair (Dolls only).
Your reservation includes a wonderful four-course dinner with an exceptional awards ceremony that will provide inspiration and new ideas to take home with you.
Attire – Semi-formal.
Individual Ticket Pricing: Tickets available online for $95 per person until July 29th at 11:59 pm. Tickets are available onsite at the conference registration desk for $190 per person until July 30th at noon. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Must be pre-purchased. No tickets will be sold following the onsite deadline or at the event.
VIP Table Pricing: VIP tables are available online for 8 people at $1,000 until July 29th or until sold out, whichever comes first. VIP Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No VIP tables will be sold onsite. Must be pre-purchased.
